Date Extensions

Usage

This allows the user to be able to extend Staff Contract Dates and Unit Master End Dates within one easy function.

For example, if you have had Staff.Care installed for a number of years, you may have most of your staff with the same end date (set up during the installation process) of say 31.03.12 – you can use Date Extensions to enter a new Staff Contract end date for all staff recorded with that date. Likewise if you have Unit End Dates with the same dates.

Fields

Mode
Extend staff contracts: Extend the contract dates pertaining to staff.
Extend unit masters: Extend the dates pertaining to unit masters.

Old ending date: The current end date the staff contract/unit master ends on.
New ending date: The new end date that the staff contract/unit should be changed to.
